The mid-rise concrete office building was designed and constructed in two phases for 1,200 HMSA personal. Energy efficient design principles were employed and the building was designed around two landscaped courtyards. A gym and exercise room with locker rooms is located on level nine and three levels are dedicated to parking. The total square feet of the building is 275,000. The building received the first U.S. Department of Energy Award and a Concrete Achievement Award.
