Transforming a gracious kamaaina hilltop residence (dating to 1925) into a magical treasury of modern accomplishment for public viewing was a year-long endeavor. Only precision-oriented professionals could have translated the complex, charismatic plans into reality.
Major changes along the way included providing for neighborhood comfort during the massive construction; eradicating termite damage and rebuilding the roof so that it conformed to the original missionary-style covering; and matching detailed wood flooring, ceiling and wall paneling.
